Key Responsibilities:
  • Support in executing local, national, and global real estate transactions.
  • Analyze market trends, perform financial modeling, and provide insights on property values.

Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree (business-related preferred).

Accounting Clerk

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, post, and verify payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
  • Generate client invoices and manage accounts that are past due.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and address inquiries from financial institutions.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and maintaining the general ledger.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of accounting experience.
  • Experience with Sage Intacct and QuickBooks preferred.
